Three categories, high-loss crops first
The first programmes go to the crops that lose the most value in transit: leafy greens, berries and flowers.

Leafy greens are where preservation makes the biggest difference. Broccoli and other brassicas proved the sea route. Root and bulb crops are available on request.

Berries come first: strawberries have trial data, and raspberries are being validated. Blueberries and cherries follow as supply is confirmed.

Flower quality is judged by colour, petal condition and vase life. Varieties are confirmed against the supply list, and each programme is validated before launch.
Data from more than 200 products
Over 20 years, Synarise Biotech has recorded gas formulas and shelf-life results for over 200 products in 22 categories. The figures are lab results for raw product under MAP at 0–5 °C. Route results are confirmed in a trial.
