Biocell dormancy: slowing produce at the cellular level

Instead of relying on cold storage, vacuum packs or MAP alone, Synarise Biotech combines all three systems so that fruit and vegetables enter a controlled dormancy. Synarise is the only company in China and abroad with its own IP covering the core technology of composite-gas preservation packaging.
